I am so excited!
I really don’t remember how I landed on this site, but I am so grateful that I did! I need to be able to interact and relate to others that are in a similar situation as me. I decided to lose weight and get healthy as a New Year’s resolution because I am miserable at the weight I am now. I never worried about my weight before. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and seemed to be perfectly healthy and at an ideal weight until I got pregnant for my last child…then everything started going downhill. I went from 145 lbs. to 214 lbs. in 10.5 years. I have never been one to exercise or count calories and I hated drinking water. I loved pop and drank it and it only for most of my life. Since the New Year, I have not touched any at all and I really miss the carbonation and sugar that was in it. I have tried the sparkling water, but it just is not the same thing. I am trying to stay under 1550 calories a day and I think I have done pretty well with that. Right now my biggest struggle is that I am lacking energy! I am going to try to find some vitamins and see if that works. I work out with Wii Fit and I actually enjoy it. I try to do it for at least 45 mins. a day, but occasionally I will skip a day because you get really sore from it. I am hoping that the weather will hurry up and get warmer so I can go out walking because I think that is one exercise that I will stick with. I can’t afford a gym membership right now, so I am limited to what I can do. If anyone has any great tips for diet or exercise, please let me know. Thanks for reading! = )

im not sure where you live, but i joined club fitness on tuesday, and its only 19.95 a month for unlimited access. just an idea
anyway, im glad you have joined us all and if you really committ we can all do this together and finally be who we feel we want!
